The DSCR Resource Center is a brand operated by Domestic Works LLC (“Domestic Works,” “we,” “us”). We operate this website as a marketing and lead-generation service for real estate investors seeking DSCR rental property financing in California and Arizona. We are not a lender.
When you use our DSCR calculator, submit our lender-matching form, subscribe to our blog, or contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, property address and details, estimated property value and rental income, loan amount requested, self-reported credit score range, entity/ownership structure, and any other information you voluntarily provide. We also automatically collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs) via cookies and similar technologies.
We use the information you provide to operate our matching service, respond to inquiries, personalize content, measure site performance, and comply with legal obligations.
This is the most important section to read. By submitting the lender-matching form on this site, you expressly authorize The DSCR Resource Center to share and/or sell your submitted information — including your contact details and loan scenario — to a network of third-party mortgage lenders, brokers, marketing partners, and lead-routing platforms so that they may contact you directly with loan program offers. We may receive compensation from these third parties in exchange for your lead information. These third parties are independent businesses responsible for their own privacy practices, licensing, and compliance; we encourage you to review each partner's own privacy policy once they contact you.
By submitting a form on this site with your phone number, you provide prior express written consent for The DSCR Resource Center and the third-party lenders/partners we share your information with to contact you by phone call, SMS/text message, pre-recorded or artificial voice message, and automated telephone dialing systems, at the number provided, regarding mortgage and DSCR loan products — even if that number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry.
