Instead, we maintain relationships with a network of independent, licensed mortgage lenders and brokers who actively originate DSCR loans in these markets. When you submit your information through our site, we share it with lenders in our network who may be a fit for your property type, location, and loan scenario so they can reach out with program details directly.
We don't make credit decisions, quote guaranteed rates, or guarantee loan approval. Every lender in our network sets its own underwriting guidelines, pricing, and eligibility requirements, and final terms are determined solely by the lender you choose to work with.
We currently focus on California (with emphasis on Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, and the Inland Empire) and Arizona (with emphasis on Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tucson, and Mesa).
